We have “Training and Development (T&D)” cell which imparts training on highly specialized subjects related to individual and group safety, threat assessment and evasion. Besides special training and normal training of the newly inducted guards is being carried out either through :

- Total control on movements of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Control of unauthorized intruders i.e. entry control,
- Keeping an eye on all activities.

UNIFORM:
SSS issue complete uniform to all security personnel due to this our Guards look very Smart, Neat and Unique as compared to other companies. Our uniform is on the approved pattern by Government of Pakistan.
WEAPONS:
Our inventory is consists of properly maintained Pump Action (12 Bore) and Pistols (30 Bore). All the weapons are in excellent working condition with valid licences. Weapons have been checked regularly by Supervisor/ Armourer. We keep enough weapon to meet any deficiency.
